Case 2: Overview

A 22 year old female sought refinement of her nose, especially the front view. The problem was a series of "irregularities" that created a "hourglass" shape. In addition, she felt that her tip was wide and wanted a more defined tip. Post-operatively, the patient looks prettier with emphasis on the eyes rather than the nose.
